My 4 yr old went there with his class and had a BLAST! He got to encounter butterflies, farm animals, visit an "old school" and see reptiles. He hasn't stopped talking about it and has made it clear that we are to go back. His excitement prompted me to dig more into what RMSC has to offer and I am thrilled to see the planetarium shows available. This is definitely something that will keep us occupied this summer!
My children, husband and I all loved the Christmas lights. Such a fun drivethru light show, worth the money! It is very well put together.
Turned around since I was here as a teenager, it's actually a pleasure to bring the kids now
It's a great place to go with the family. They have a planetarium with showings that are actually entertaining. During Christmas they do a light show that's nostalgic and worth seeing once (beyond that, it's a waste of money). Mostly, we love the science stuff (telescopes, planetarium, etc).
Great lights to see recommend going because this is the last year of the roper mountain light show all lights will be auctioned off this year
