Of the several Total Wine locations I have visited, the Greenville location is the best one in my opinion. The shelves are always stocked, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the items are located where they are advertised to be on the website. I prefer to look for what I purchase online before I head to the store, and it is incredibly helpful that everything is current and accurate.
This lovely store is full of the BEST selection, great customer service, taste testing bars, wonderful displays, clean atmosphere, short wait time in line, and a generally classy/VIP vibe. I'm usually hypercritical in reviews if you've seen some(they are almost always detailed). I have nothing negative and all positive to say of this store. The champagne tasting was great and the lady was friendly and energetic. A second interaction with an employee was also pleasurable, and he asked if I needed help on a busy New Year's Eve. He was informative about specialty beer, and I took his recommendation, a raspberry ale. The store also has reasonable prices, a gem of a store!
Total Wine is a great place to shop for all your beer, wine, and spirit needs. They have great selections, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and I can almost always get in and out very quickly.
Excellent staff on Spirits Wine and beer. Biggest selection I've ever seen! Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on all products. Even has an humidor fully stocked in the wine and beer side. Nobody around can beat their prices on Spirits wine and beer.
Excellent selection of almost everything necessary for any event. Reasonable prices. Staff was great help and always available on the floor or somewhere you can find them. 1 star deducted because of my visit today. The cashier i went to was a bit rude and seemed to just want to get me out. While fast service is great especially when places are busy (which it wasnt at this time) holding your hand out to a customer waiting for their money is a bit rude and makes some people feel rushed. There was no one behind me in line but i felt i needed to hurry up and get out of the store. Other than that my experience was ok.
They also have a walk-in humidor with a nice selection of cigars.
