Customer Service is NON Existent. Can't get anyone on the phone, had to go into the store to see if what I found online was there. None of the carpets were in their place and employees were scarce. I left a handwritten note for the Manager because the cashier didn't know anything, so I left the note for her to please contact me, nothing. No call back. I wrote to customer service weeks ago, no response whatsoever. They may have a lot of great items, but I can spend just as much money someplace else and get better customer service. 1 star because customer service is number one, wthout that you have nothing, so I give nothing.

This is a decorators dream place! I'm at home away from home at the AT HOME store. Love this place.

Decent selection of items. Quality can be hit or miss. So be sure to check each item out carefully. Customer service is okay - hardly ever can find anyone on the floor. Price wise- they’re okay -not the cheapest in town.
