The coaches are top notch and and experts in respective fields. Kids classes are great and the environment is very family friendly and with the kids classes you kids can have fun and learn self defense skills at the same time you can get a workout in as well
The class schedule is really well rounded and you can almost always find something to match your schedule.

love this super clean & family friendly gym! coaches are great! classes are dynamic, interesting, safe & challenging. The diversity of the classes give me no excuse not to workout, and to maybe try something new, & the coaches always give me the motivation I need to feel that my time here was well spent.
