Ingles is my families regular grocery store. Thankfully it is just a few miles away from our home and it carries most everything we need for or kitchen needs. Gluten free selection is wonderful and also their dairy free selection is growing!
I love their selections. They have various varieties of meat cheese and YOGURT! Similar to a less costly version of Publix. They're bar is delicious and my kids love their food samples and popcorn. Usually not busy or long lines. Also very clean.
Isles seemed to be unorganized and I always have to go down every isle looking for my item. I think they have everything that I am looking for. I love their salad bar. I think fruits and vegetables are good.
This store has just about anything grocery related you would ever need. You can buy organic items or off brand affordable groceries here. There is an entire aisle of cultural foods organized in an immediately recognisable layout. Easy in, easy out. Fuel up your car while you're at it!
I find that a more locally owned small chain store is so much h more enjoyable to shop than a big name chain. The people there are very few Andy and always willing to help. The pharmacists are top notch and always willing to spend some extra time with you if you need.
And if you think it's more expensive than the bigger stores then you are not watching their sales. I find their prices ON AVERAGE to work out to the same.
