My husband and I had recently moved to the area and family recommended Rooms to go. Not only are the prices extremely affordable and the products good quality but the salesman that we dealt with treated us like family. He went out of his way to get us the sale price that wasn't even out on display and fully went over everything we had purchased as well as options to elongate the longevity of our furniture. We definitely plan on coming back if we have any future furniture needs as well as recommend to any of my friends to stop by and talk to Richard Tillies
The sofas were delivered Friday ... very nice delivery team. On Saturday evening I was sitting across from the sofa and realized it was not even. We looked underneath and the frame was broken and 2 of the legs were broken... clearly damaged furniture. We immediately called and could not get anyone w customer service. They close at 430. They were closed on Sunday. Monday at 0900 I tried to call them but waited 20 minutes on hold. Called back at 1000. I requested they take the couch and bring a new one. They said their firm policy is they only do returns within 48 hours of delivery even if they are closed. Over and over again the customer service rep stated this. She stated that she would send someone to fix it. I said no. She said I had to send pictures. I told her I wanted to talk to her manager. Then she said only this once they would send someone to replace the couch. It should not be this hard. If you are not open, the return should be allowed no questions asked. POOR customer service and waste of my time. I have 2 stars instead of one bc they came around. Scheduled 1.5 weeks to replace.
Was greeted by a very nice salesman. He directed us on the way to go thru store. Then let us know that they like to let the customers shop and look for what they like without them tagging along. I really liked this Richard came and checked back 2 or 3 times just to make sure we didn't have any questions. When my mom found what she wanted Richard was there within minutes. I really like their products.
Before buying the furniture for my house, living room, dining room and bedroom set, I checked several stores, and arrived at Rooms to go, and I read the buyers' reviews, I found many complaints from the buyers. I work with the public and I know from experience that customers can complain about nonsense, so I decided to ask my coworkers if anyone had bought in Room to go, they gave me very good and positive opinions. Then I went to the Greenville warehouse in South Carolina, and the experience was excellent. The salesman Mr Jim Bolella was very professional, he suggested that I should walk the store to see all the furniture and that when I was ready he would assist me. I liked that the seller did not press me, but the salesman assisted me. I chose the furniture, I made the order. When I get home, I changed my mind, I went back to the warehouse, and I had no difficulty in choosing what I finally bought. The furniture arrived the day they promised, at the time they promised, the boys left everything installed, the quality of the furniture is excellent. I take advantage of the 60 months without interest that they offer, the invoice is easy to understand, and I will start paying a month after the furniture arrived at the house. I usually do not write reviews, but I am so pleased with the service and the quality of the furniture, that Rooms to go deserves a good review
Gail Hill approached my sister and I as soon as we walked in and greeted us with a beautiful smile. I only intended on purchasing a king size mattress and box spring but ended up purchasing a bedroom suite, lamps, vanity set and a floor mirror along with the mattress and boxspring. Gail was so very pleasant and patient and made my shopping experience very enjoyable. I am already a big fan of Rooms To Go and usually end up purchasing my furniture there anyway. Gail was awesome and I would highly recommend her to assist you in your shopping needs and desires. I will be back again because I already spotted a sitting area set for my bedroom
