No words..You really have to visit this store to know how bad customer service could be.
Barbara in the petite department is very disrespectful. I feel like she insulted my intelligence. I will be writing a letter as well. There is no place in customer service or sales for this type of behavior.
I took my 8 month old to get shoes since she has started to try and walk. I asked the sales lady how to determine her shoe size so she measures my daughter's foot and tells me a 3.5 or 4. Never buying baby shoes before I take her word. Long story short, a 8 month old baby does not wear a size 4 just because her foot length is 4 inches! Thanks for the help Dillards
This store is the best place to find dresses to wear at a wedding, so it is a shame that the customer service is so bad. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I dread when I have to come here and wish there were other stores to find these dresses. Ordering online is also bad, as they are one of the few that still charge the customer for shipping and will not refund the charges if you return the item. It's almost like they feel like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to shop there. It doesn't have to be this way - some day a store will come along that has just as good a variety of these items and also friendly and helpful staff then Dillard's won't be needed anymore.
Excellent customer service every time! Especially by Michelle in handbags. Great sale prices and my daughter and I found exactly what we were looking for!
