The main telephone number is only a voicemail that makes you call a different number or text yet another number. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was able to tentatively get a rental set up. I told her that I would be there in less than 10 minutes and when I arrived NO ONE was in the office. When I called her to find out where she was, she said she had to take her child to the doctor! I was also told I was getting a new Ford Focus. However, the only car in the driveway other than mine, was a beat up old Ford Focus that looked as if it had been in a demolition derby!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service and even worse possible inventory!! Buyer Beware!!!
The inventory could be better ! Great if you don't have a credit card or don't have insurance ! Very nice receptionist also

This place is an aweful place to rent cars from!!! They do not specify any stipulations when they take your money BUTTTTTT have a million and 6 excuses on why they can’t give you your deposit back. I’m completely disappointed and disgusted
Horrible. I've never rented a car from a place like this in my life!! I was told I was getting a Ford Fusion. When I got there I got a Dodge Charger the engine light was on the tire pressure gage was on and the fender was falling off, the front end looked like it was smashed in with a hammer. Well I got a flat on a Saturday afternoon. There's no spare in the trunk there's no roadside assistance number in the glove box as stated in the message you get when you call for help. So there it sits I have no way to work..This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
