Customer Service -1/2 star.
Southern Historical Press may have a good selection of books for you Ancestry and History buffs however I do have to wonder why they advertise by sending out email and then not fulfill their orders? I called and ordered 2 books at least 3 or 4 weeks ago. I have called to inquire about the books I ordered but all I get is the answering service telling me that no one is available to take my call. So, if you are ordering books, don't expect to get them right away, don't expect anyone to answer the phone, and never expect a return phone call explaining why you haven't received your order.
