I've long since had dislike for BOA. A friend of mine who has been banking with them for years, even told me that they were good. Started having issues... His phone bill drafted his account into the negative and they charged him, then when he got some money in the account they froze it. Later he pulled most of it to cash and they charged him a service charge to get him back negative. Then charged him 2 holidays overdraft! These people won't hesitate to kick you when you're down. To hell with Bank of America!
Today. When people need something notarized they usually can't wait for another day. Seems like good customer service would be having 2 or 3 Notaries so there is always one there.
I need to fix an issue in my account and every time I come to this bank, I'm told there's a 2 hour wait...that's crazy, I really don't have the time to sit there that long

I usually go to this Bank of America because it's closer to my home I've needed their public notary services twice and they hadn't had one on site on both occasions they wanted me to schedule an appointment to get it notarize both time It's ridiculous to me this is the only Bank of America that I've been to that I have to schedule an appointment to get something notarized never had a problem in Miami Florida I ended up going to another bank of America in Maulding SC was able to get it notarize right there with no problem. The first time I had to go to the Credit union across the street from this Bank of America it really makes me want to change Banks.
